DESCRIPTION:MAC March Madness Donation Drive: Toothbrush & Toothpaste. JOIN us as we collect all sizes of Toothbrushes and Toothpaste for our neighborhood ministry partner\, Midtown Assistance Center (MAC). We will collect them to help stock MAC’s food and sundries pantry\, March 2 through March 30. Midtown Assistance Center (MAC) is a non-profit whose mission is to provide emergency assistance to low-income working Atlantans to help prevent homelessness and hunger during periods of crisis. Donation bins are in The Hospitality Hall and in the Children’s Ministry Welcome Area.

SUMMARY:The Avenue - Visit to the Emory Winship Cancer Institute
DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, March 4\, The Avenue will visit the Emory Winship Cancer Institute in Midtown\, located across the street from the church. Opened to patients in May of 2023\, the facility was designed with the goal of combining personalized\, patient-centered care with innovative research. \nWe will gather in the NAPC Fellowship Hall at 10:30 and walk down the block to tour the facility at 11:00 am. Participants are encouraged to wear a mask during the tour. Masks are available from Emory for those who do not have one. After the tour\, we will return to the church for lunch and fellowship. Join us to learn more about our neighbor down the street where\, for many cancer patients\, “science becomes hope.” \nRegister Here
