Moments That Matter

We know our middle and high schoolers are the heart and future of the church. Yet it can feel like they live in a completely different world. In this Moments that Matter, we will tackle how to listen and talk to teens about faith, purpose, and identity. We’ll explore what we can learn from our youth and how we can show them what we have learned on our own faith journeys.

This class is for parents and grandparents of teens and soon-to-be-teens. It is for those who have teens in their life that they would like to know more deeply. For that matter, it is for anyone who has ever answered “We do” to the question asked at a baptism:  “Do you, as members of the church of Jesus Christ, promise to guide and nurture this child by word and deed…?”
